1. Delivery Options and Costs
- We offer a range of delivery options at checkout to suit your needs. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and chosen shipping method.
- Standard delivery is free for orders over £120.
- Expedited and international delivery options are available at an additional cost.
2. Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Customised or prescription lenses may require additional processing time. Estimated delivery times for these products will be provided at checkout.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- UK Orders: Standard delivery typically takes 7 to 10 business days for non customised orders but will take more like 14 business days for prescription or customised lens ordered
- International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination and will be provided at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

5. Delivery Issues

- RevolutionEyes Glasses is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout.
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels
- If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos (if applicable) when contacting us at info@revolutioneyesglasses.com.
- We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund.
7. International Shipping
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees required by their country.
- RevolutionEyes Glasses is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
