At RevolutionEyes Glasses, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, this policy explains your rights to a refund, return, or exchange.

- Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items without giving a reason.
- To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us by email at info@revolutioneyesglasses.com within the 14-day period.
- Once your cancellation is confirmed, you must return the items to us in their original condition within 14 days.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
- Items that are personalised or custom-made (e.g., prescription lenses) are not eligible for returns unless faulty.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at info@revolutioneyesglasses.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Details of the item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your items.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
- Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty product.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items
- If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 30 days of receipt at info@revolutioneyesglasses.com. Include your order number and photos of the damage or fault.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return postage costs.
7. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
- We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the safe return of your items, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
