To get prescription lenses with your glasses, simply fill out the prescription form during checkout. We support single vision lenses and can accommodate any prescription strength or index type. Since each pair of prescription lenses is custom-made, please allow at least 10 days for production and delivery. Note that an additional fee will apply, depending on your specific prescription. It's important that you know your exact prescription details before placing your order to ensure the best fit and performance.

For non-prescription orders, standard shipping typically takes between 5 to 10 days, depending on whether the order includes our made-to-order CLR lens technology. Prescription orders may take longer, as production time can vary based on lens options, such as colour and the inclusion of CLR tech. A standard UK postage charge applies to all orders.

Yes, all glasses with our CLR lens technology come with a 1-year warranty that covers any issues with the lenses, including manufacturing defects or problems with the lens coatings. Please note that the warranty only applies to the lenses, not the frames. If you encounter any issues with your lenses, simply reach out to us via email, and we’ll be happy to assist you with your claim.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on customised prescription lenses, as they are made to order. For non-prescription orders, we do have a refund policy, but it only applies if there is a valid reason, such as a faulty product or an error in your order.
